The hotel, located close to Termini Station, allows you to visit the Roman National Museum, the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, the Trevi Fountain, the Colosseum, the Imperial Forum and the Opera House.

It is the ideal hotel for those traveling to Rome by train or plane. The subway is around the corner, like the direct train, to and from Fiumicino Airport. Five floors, one of which is dedicated to non-smokers, 185 exclusive rooms and one of the most important Poli Congresses in Rome. The Risorgimento Room accommodates up to 180 guests and is equipped with the main technical equipment such as the amplification system, audio and video recording, copier, direct dial telephone, air conditioning. The hotel collects an important collection of prints and paintings, the autograph of Cavour, a self-portrait of D'Azeglio with three drawings, witnessing the gesture of the historical characters who contributed to the unification of Italy. Passion for wines, good food, for hotels. In 1875, the restaurant opened by Maurizio Bettoja, above its wine cellars, becomes the hotel Massimo D'Azeglio.

Even today, the cellars house over 30,000 renowned wine bottles and offer a romantic scenery for candlelight dinners. Since the end of the 19th century, the hotel welcomes its Italian and foreign guests in a building that has preserved, despite its numerous renovations, the atmosphere and style of the end of the century. The exterior facade is the historic one, in pure Umbertine style. There have been men here who have made Italian history and culture: the King of Serbia, the Ace of Aviation Francesco Baracca, Benito Mussolini, General Diaz, Louis Amstrong, Pier Paolo Pasolini, Fausto Coppi and Mascagni.
