Al Vecchio Convento. Al Vecchio Convento is located in a stunning building from the IXX century, which once belonged to one of the most ancient families in the village. Today, the rooms, although equipped with all kind of modern comfort, have maintained their original features. In the restaurant of “Al Vecchio Convento” a revisited version of the typical kitchen of Toscana-Romagna is created by the three Cameli chefs. Marisa, owner and matriarch, is in charge of the service in the hotel and restaurant, where she will offer you the house specialities. In the kitchen they use only fresh, local, high-quality ingredients. At Al Vecchio Convento, we organize cooking courses for the guests who are interested in discovering some segrets of the Italian food culture and other cultural activities, such as trufflehunting, visits to local wine and olive oil producers, excursion to the Art-city Ravenna i salso on the programme.
Besides trufflehunting, we also organize walks in the National Park the whole year round and in our Italian language school for foreigners, the guests can learn Italian for beginners to advanced in 1 or 2 or 3 weeks courses from March to November.
